Director
Do you have a heart for early education and a passion for leading with purpose? We’re seeking a dedicated Childcare Director to nurture our growing program and help our teachers and children shine!
As our Director, you’ll create a warm, joyful environment where learning feels like play and every child feels seen and supported. You’ll guide your team, partner with families, and ensure our center meets the highest standards for safety, care, and education.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong leadership with genuine love for children, a director who leads not just with skill, but with heart.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have a degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) and at least 4 years of experience working with young children
Bring positive energy and strong communication skills to your team and families
Are organized, compassionate, and passionate about continuous improvement
Meet licensing requirements (including 12 ECE core units and 3 in administration)

Lead Teacher
Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and creating a classroom full of curiosity, laughter, and growth? We’re looking for a warm, creative Lead Teacher to join our team!
In this role, you’ll guide our preschoolers through hands-on, play-based learning experiences that help them grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. You’ll also lead and support your classroom team, keeping things organized, encouraging creativity, and making every day a meaningful adventure for your students.

A caring, dependable educator with at least 2 years of teaching experience
Associate degree preferred
